Loaf Story is an Artisan microbakery based in South Tonbridge, Kent. The Bakery specialises in handmade Sourdough loaves, foccacias and a variety of buttery, flaky traditional French pastries, all made with slow fermentiation and high quality ingredients. It was founded by the passionate French born Baker, Helene.

Helene moved to the UK in 2008 and went on to spend 16 years in the coorporate world. But during her first pregnancy, she began craving the familiar tastes of home - the crusty loaves, buttery croissants and comforting flavours of her French childhood. Wanting her daughter to grow up with those same traditions, she started to bake. What began as a personal project became a big passion and after her second daughter was born, Helene started selling. In February 2025, she took the leap and left her coorporate career behind to launch the microbakery full-time.
