Our breads

All our breads are sourdough based. This means they are made using natural occurring yeast and only contain the following 4 simple ingredients : Flour, water, starter and salt.

Both Sourdough loaves and foccacia follow a slow fermentation process over the course of 3 days. The result is our unique blend of deep flavour and texture.

Country sourdough

Our Classic country sourdough loaf is made from a Rye starter and contains a mix of strong white flour and Wholemeal flour.

Rosemary foccacia

Our rosemary foccacia is made using a rye starter as levening agent. It's then topped with fresh rosemary, maldon sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.
