Our pastries

Our traditional French pastries are all hand made and follow a slow fermentation process allowing them time to develop their deep flavour. We are very passionate about creating beautiful golden flakes, which is only possible through time, precision and a lot of love poured into it.

Croissants

Beautiful layers of dough and butter built over a 3 day process. Our croissant are finished with a thin layer of glaze which gives them a lovely shine

Pain au chocolat

Our pain au chocolat have the same golden flakes as our croissant. We then complement it with high quality dark chocolate batons for an intense flavour.

Cinnamon knots

These pillowy buns are layered with a buttery cinnamon sugar. We then hand braid them with love and bake them in muffin tins for a gorgeous plaited finish.
